Welcome

 Deer Run Homeowners Association is located in sunny, colorful Colorado Springs under the shadows of our nation's mountain, Pike's Peak. Our Homeowners Association is active and welcomes prospective homeowners.

Many of the homeowners gather for our community picnic, usually held in August. This is a great opportunity for residents to get introduced or reacquainted with their neighbors. Here are a few pictures from a recent picnic.
