Resident Communications
The Association uses its Facebook site as the primary means to communicate with residents. All members are encouraged to register with the Deer Run Homeowners – Colorado Springs site, and to check the site regularly for information. The Facebook site is also a good way to engage in conversations with your neighbors about HOA matters.
Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors meets monthly, usually on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in Director's homes. Please contact a Board Member to learn meeting dates and locations. Board meetings are open to all members; advanced notice is appreciated so the board can be prepared to address any questions or concerns.
Watering and Mowing Info
Lawn mowing occurs on Fridays during the growing season. Lawn watering nominally occurs three times per week beginning in April and ending in October. The exact times of watering will vary as a function of the temperature, wet/dry weather, and the condition of the grass.
