Resident Communications
The Association uses its Facebook page as the primary means to communicate with residents. All members are encouraged to register with the Deer Run Homeowners – Colorado Springs site, and to check the site regularly for information that affects you as homeowners. The Facebook page is also a good way to engage in conversations with your neighbors and Board Members.
Board of Directors Meeting
The Deer Run Board of Directors meets monthly, usually on the fourth Tuesday of
the month at 6:00 pm . Please contact any Board member to learn about meeting
dates, time, and location. Board meetings are open to all owners. Advanced notice
is appreciated so that the hosting Board member can ensure seating and be
prepared to address any specific questions or concerns.
Watering and Mowing Info
Lawn mowing occurs on Thursdays during the growing season. Lawn watering nominally occurs three times per week beginning in April and ending in October. The exact times of watering will vary as a function of the temperature, wet/dry weather, and the condition of the grass.
